About this position: 

A company that specialises in Automated Control Systems Projects are looking for a Senior Technical Sales member to join their team. This company continuously improve their designs to create tailormade and innovative solutions for their customers in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare and Homecare industries.

With this role, you must have the ability to travel around 80% of the time (domestic & foreign) to various unanticipated potential customer sites. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Create new project opportunities with new customers
• Responsible for sales lead generation for ICS products and those of its partners – frequently working alone and unsupervised
• Manage company resources through effective and appropriate use and maintenance of equipment, tools, supplies, phones and energy
• Responsible for projects from initial contact to quotation acceptance as requested  

Experience Required:

• Experience in reading CAD drawings
• 5-10 years ex proven track record of cold calling customers with good sales conversion percentage
• Higher National Diploma / Certificate or higher degree in Electrical & Electronic Eng, Mechatronic Eng, Electrical Control Eng, Electrical & Computer Eng or Robotics & Automation Eng
