This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company who are operating in the innovative sector of Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing). They consult with engineering companies and supply the Additive Manufacturing technologies, solutions and services to a wide range of businesses including blue-chip companies spanning industries such as Automotive, Motorsport, Engineering, Consumer Products and Manufacturing, as well as Universities and Colleges across the UK.

The company is currently looking for someone with an engineering heart and a commercial mind to join the team to build relationships with engineering companies, understand their requirements and operate on a consultancy basis to demonstrate the capabilities of additive manufacturing.

If you have experience of additive manufacturing, a passion for engineering and enjoy building relationships with people this could be the role for you.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to consult, identify engineering problems and propose solutions to solve their engineering problems
  • Using technical knowledge of additive manufacturing and engineering to advice clients on 3D printing options to suit their specific needs
  • Create happy customers by successfully selling our products and services on a consultative basis, providing the best solution for the customers’ specific needs into Engineering and Manufacturing companies
  • Identify and approach businesses which fit within our target market
  • Attend events and exhibitions to attract new customers

Skills Needed:

  • Experience of Additive Manufacturing is desirable
  • A Degree within Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem solver who can prioritise effectively and multi-task
  • Ability to use own initiative and work with clients, suppliers and team members at all levels
  • Full, valid UK driving licence, with ability to travel nationally
