About this position: 

How does working next to the UK’s most prestigious racetrack sound like or hearing F1 & Supercars engines on race day? As an Additive Manufacturing Technician working at the Silverstone for a leading high-end facility, you will support the production of bespoke parts for some of the biggest names in Motorsport, Defence, Aerospace and Space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of SLA and/or SLS 3D printing Machines based at the facility in Silverstone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre and Post Processing Tasks
• Liaising with other members of the AM production team and Design/Applications Engineers
• Preparing the machines for printing
• Changing print head parts and materials ready for production.
• 3D Printing Machine maintenance
• Parts Assembly

Experience Required:

While candidates with existing SLA/3D printing experience would be highly welcome we are also keen to hear from those with a background operating similar machinery (e.g., CNC) or from recent graduates that have worked with 3D Printers within their studies and are looking for a role within industry.
