We are currently partnering with a fantastic engineering client who are looking to hire a new Office Manager and Payroll Admin in a dual role.
The role will require you to be in charge of the company’s accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a finance or accounting background and be familiar with book-keeping. Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Management of day to day, office-based activities. This part of the role is varied and will incorporate managing both the office space and supporting your colleagues.
