About this position: 

A company that specialises in Automated Control Systems Projects are looking for a Service Engineer to join their team. This company continuously improve their designs to create tailormade and innovative solutions for their customers in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare and Homecare industries.

With this role, you must have the ability to travel around 80% of the time (domestic & foreign) to various unanticipated potential customer sites. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Fault finding and solving customers problems in mechanical, electrical or software fields
• Installation and removal of Original Equipment Manufacturer machinery and conveyor systems and and other bespoke parts at ICS workshop/onsite
• Creative learning in ICS software applications in Robotics & PLC applications
• Responsible for projects from concept to completion as requested  

Experience Required:

• Experience as an Automation Systems Engineer or equivalent
• PLC programming experience using Siemens Simatic Step 7 & TIA (Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 is a plus)
• Higher National Diploma / Certificate or higher degree in Electrical & Electronic Eng, Mechatronic Eng, Electrical Control Eng, Electrical & Computer Eng or Robotics & Automation Eng
