We have a great opportunity for a hotel experienced Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator to join our busy sales team.

The role will require you to handle a variety of event enquirers ranging from professional meetings to private dining functions and large scale prestigious events. The events team also support reservations with bedroom, spa and restaurant bookings. You need to have a friendly engaging personality with a can do attitude and great attention to detail in this fast paced environment. You need to enjoy client relationship building have efficient organisation skills and be passionate and driven to make it happen. The role will involve converting inquiries from phone to sending proposals, chasing inquiries, obtaining signed contracts in a timely manner. Follow hotel strategies and ensure event information is accurately entered and communicated to the operations team. Delphi system knowledge and advantage. One year experience in a similar role in a hotel is essential.

This is a full time role, 40 hours a week in line with business needs and will include evenings and some weekends. Competitive Salary and hotel benefits.
